Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
8 flour tortillas
4 C pepper jack cheese
1/2 C green onions
1/4 C flour
14.5 oz Chicken Broth
1 C sour cream
4 oz diced green chilies

 

Preparation

  1. Cook and chop the chicken breasts
  2. fill tortillas with chicken, cheese and green onion and roll and put in pan
  3. melt butter in pan, add flour, add chicken broth
  4. remove from heat, add sour cream and green chilies and pour over tortillas
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
